Ingredients: Dextrose, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium.May contain residual lactose.Works well on cow milk, goat milk and soy milk.

Use 1 pack for 1 litre of milk. Incubate for 8-16 hours at 40 ºC and keep the culture in the refrigerator for another 8-16 hours. You may keep 3-4 table spoons or the yogurt for the next batch. This process can be repeated up to 20 times, meaning you can produce about 20 Kg of natural yogurt using a single pack.
Midzu yogurt culture comes in boxes of 2 packs. Each pack contains about 5 grams of dehydrated bacteria, which will be revived in contact with warm milk.
Use only one pack for 1 litre of milk and save the other for when you need to to start another culture.
