Automatic Yogurt Maker

3. Sterilization is not necessary: the design of this yoghurt maker allows you to use packages of milk directly without boiling or desinfecting cups.
4. Includes a jar, which can be used instead of the milk packages. The jar can be sterilized with boiling water or by heating it in the microwave for 2 or 3 seconds.
5. Economic: by using high technology ceramic features, expenses on electricity are minimal; making 1 kg of yoghurt costs less than EUR 0.02 on electricity.
6. Capacity and adequate shape: the graceful and minimalist shape of this yoghurt maker saves a lot of space in any kitchen; besides, 1 kg of yoghurt is enough for 2 daily doses for each member of a family of four.

How to use

Using your yoghurt maker is as simple as this:

1. Put 1 litre of milk in the jar included. (You can also put a package of milk inside the yoghurt maker).
2. Mix the bacteria in the milk with the provided spoon. Alternatively you can use a cup of non-flavoured yoghurt to start the culture. One dose of lactobacillus is enough for 10 to 20 cultures.
3. Turn on the yoghurt maker and wait 8 to 12 hours.

Together with the tofu kit you can also make yoghurt cheese.
